Ashley Ranasinghe
Ashley Ranasinghe is a parent advocate, systems strategist, and former Director of Operations in the Learning & Development field. She brings a unique blend of professional leadership experience and lived expertise as a parent to three children with IEPs and 504s, which came to her family by way of foster care.
Ashley serves on the advisory boards for Developmental Pathways and the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) group in Colorado, where she works to advance policies and practices that better serve children with disabilities and high needs. Her work spans policy advocacy, program design, and strategic storytelling to help organizations connect with communities, expand impact, and drive change.
With a deep commitment to equitable access and systemic reform, Ashley champions the belief that every child deserves to be seen, heard, and supported, both in the classroom and beyond.
