Taemy Kim-Mander
Taemy Kim-Mander is the Founder and CEO of Open Heart Behavior Services, a Colorado Medicaid provider delivering ABA and supported employment services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst, she brings a deep understanding of disability systems and family advocacy to her work.
Taemy also serves on the boards of the Arc of Arapahoe/Douglas/Elbert Counties and the Arc of Colorado, and is Co-Chair of the Denver Asian American and Pacific Islander Commission. She is passionate about ensuring non-English speaking, immigrant, and refugee families have equal access to information about their children's rights and the resources available to them. Originally a preschool teacher, she pivoted to behavior analysis later in her career and relocated from Los Angeles to Colorado in 2020, where she founded Open Heart in 2022.
Taemy lives in Colorado with her husband Todd and their two sons.
